The 8th Asian Aerosol Conference was held at the Australian Technology Park, Sydney from 2 – 5 December 2013. The conference provided delegates with a valuable opportunity to learn about new discoveries and problems, exchange views, and develop plans for the future of aerosol science and technology. The conference explored a broad range of topics related to aerosol science. These topics encompassed the physical and chemical characteristics of aerosols and their impact on the environment and society in diverse areas such as climate, air quality, health, energy, and materials. These topics were offered over 10 plenary, 80 parallel and 66 poster presentations.
